Aurelia (Lia) Kelly

Aurelia Kelly serves as Finance Director on CMC Workforce’s Governance Board, bringing more than a decade of experience and involvement in financial analysis, regulatory strategy, and operational finance. Currently a Senior Rate Analyst at Xcel Energy, Lia develops revenue models and cost recovery frameworks, prepares jurisdictional cost-of-service studies, and supports regulatory filings with precision and depth.

Prior to Xcel, Lia spent five years at Ardent Mills, where she specialized in tax depreciation reporting, capital investment tracking, P2P system integration, and fixed asset management. Her blend of public utility and private-sector finance expertise brings invaluable insight to CMC Workforce’s fiscal strategy and governance.

Vivian Mandala

Vivian has been involved in the Construction industry for over twenty years in various ways. Most recently, she has worked directly with Contractors to iron out the operational and business roadblocks that are holding them back from scaling. 

She sits on the Board of NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners), is the Advocacy Chair of NAWBO NYC, is a SCORE SME (Subject Matter Expert), NYWIB (NY Women in Business) Board Member on an industry-specific project to help those who identify as Female Contractors grow their business. 

CMC Coaching, which focuses on training MBE (Minority Based Enterprise) and WBE (Women Based Enterprise) Contractors who want to scale their businesses.

Georgette Marshall

Georgette Marshall is a seasoned fundraising professional and passionate patient advocate with extensive experience in strategic planning, direct marketing, high impact fundraising and donor stewardship. She joined Northwell Health in 2000 and leads development teams, collaborates with departments, physicians, and board members, and manages multi-channel campaigns that raise over $2.4 million annually. She created impactful programs like “Honor Your Doctor” and the “Grateful Patient Campaign,” strengthening connections between donors and care teams. Georgette played a key role in launching major initiatives, including the Cohen Children’s Medical Center’s Philanthropic Program and Northwell’s Founders Society, which raises $1 million annually. She also led efforts to build a robust e-philanthropy program, collecting over 500,000 donor and patient emails. Known for her strategic insight, cross-functional leadership, and commitment to enhancing patient experience, Georgette continues to drive meaningful growth in healthcare philanthropy.

She earned a B.S. degree from York College and has 48 years of non-profit experience.

Donna Smith

Donna Smith has over 20 years of experience spanning both nonprofit and for-profit sectors. Donna is a versatile and solutions-oriented Operations, IT, and Finance Manager with a proven track record of driving efficiency, streamlining systems, and leading transformative organizational change. Her strategic mindset and passion for service, combined with expertise across HR, IT infrastructure, and financial operations, have established her reputation as a resourceful leader who bridges cross-functional priorities with clarity and strategic insight.

Throughout her career, Donna has led impactful initiatives—from migrating entire organizations to cloud-based platforms to bringing IT infrastructure in-house—resulting in substantial cost savings, improved workflows, and increased organizational autonomy. Known for her calm, constructive approach, she fosters a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous growth within every team she leads.

Guided by values of integrity, efficiency, and human-centered leadership, Donna is committed to building streamlined, scalable operations that drive business performance while empowering people to thrive. She holds a Master's degree in Information Systems and is a proud member of Women in IT.

Ajua Temple

Ajua Temple is a seasoned HVAC professional with over 20 years of hands-on experience in the industry. Beginning his career as a ductwork fabricator, Ajua steadily advanced through the ranks as a ductwork installer, sheetmetal mechanic, foreman, and project manager. Gaining  knowledge of every phase of HVAC system design, installation, and management. His deep understanding of the trade, paired with a strong work ethic and leadership skills, naturally led him to become the proud owner of his own HVAC company. 

Ajua is known for his commitment to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Amongst his peers he is fair and patient, always teaching and learning. His journey from the ground up shows a passion for his craft and a dedication to continuous growth. 

Today, Ajua leads his team with the same drive and integrity that have defined his career from the beginning.

Michael Todisco

Michael Todisco is the CEO of Apprenticeship Connections & Consulting Corp., a nationally recognized apprenticeship intermediary firm that specializes in developing, registering, and managing high-quality Registered Apprenticeship Programs (RAPs). With over a decade of experience, Michael has successfully guided employers through the process of becoming registered sponsors with both the U.S. and New York State Departments of Labor.ections & Consulting Corp,  and brings intimate knowledge and firsthand experience with Department of Labor (DOL) Registered Apprenticeship Programs. Over the past decade, Michael has:

  • Assisted numerous commercial construction companies in becoming apprenticeship sponsors, Overseen the development and maintenance of various apprenticeship programs, Created the first manufacturing group sponsorship registered apprenticeship program on Long Island (NY),Drafted new trades such as Fitness Instructor and Bench Jeweler Production.

Michael's extensive experience with apprenticeship policies and procedures, along with his strong local relationships with the DOL and educational institutions, ensures that programs remain compliant and successful. His goals are to:

  • Educate and guide individuals through alternative career paths that do not require a college degree, Support employers in starting and sustaining apprenticeship programs, Connect apprentices with sponsors to create mutually beneficial partnerships.

He has led the creation of several newly registered trades, including Fitness Instructor, Bench Jeweler Production, General Insurance Associate, Aluminum Extrusion Press Operator, and Aluminum Extrusion Die Technician, with additional occupations currently in development. Michael is known for his deep knowledge of apprenticeship policies, compliance frameworks, and partnerships with educational institutions to support related instruction.

His client base spans a wide range of industries—Construction, Manufacturing, Fitness, Accounting, Insurance, and Educationand now extends beyond New York to include employers in Florida, Tennessee, Indiana, Iowa, and Michigan. His work ensures every apprenticeship program is customized, compliant, and aligned with the workforce needs of the region it serves.

Michael’s mission is to expand access and opportunity through DOL Registered Apprenticeship Programs—ensuring that both employers and individuals have a clear, supported pathway to long-term career success.

June Welsh is a seasoned Project Solution Manager and Quality Assurance Professional with over 28 years of leadership experience across diverse industries, including Entertainment, Healthcare, Financial Services, Product Development, and Insurance. Known for consistently delivering results, June brings a collaborative and strategic approach to managing complex programs and digital portfolios.

Currently serving as the Program Director for CMC Workforce NYC, June oversees strategic initiatives aimed at workforce planning and digital program management. June leads with a focus on excellence in project execution and quality management. With deep expertise in Event Planning, eCommerce, QMS implementation, and Agile QA practices, June holds certifications in SAFe 5, Scrum Master, Coaching, and Mentors various teams, driving innovation and best practices in software quality and delivery.
